Job DescriptionIn Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for advising clients on strategic transactions including M&A, capital structuring, refinancing, and post-merger integration. You will support both buy- and sell-side processes and contribute to the development of value creation strategies in close collaboration with private equity investors and corporate clients.
