- Strong ability to drive projects autonomously, as well as take input from others to optimize strategy
- Strong communication, presentation, and solid project management skills
- Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner who can convert requirements into solutions and quickly become a SME on a new platform
- Strong experience in several of the following:
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- PC/Mac workstation management (remote, WFH) experience (SCCM, AutoPilot, Mosyle etc.)
- Scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, etc. for automation and monitoring
- Implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies (Okta or others)
- Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive to include integrations/migrations
- Mobile Device Management
- Confluence / JIRA (or similar applications)
- Experience in a multi-location (Global) fast-paced environment
- A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and computer operating and software programs
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant recent IT hands-on experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in implementing and supporting Corporate IT solutions
