What You'll DoStrategic Leadership & Program Development- Lead the selection, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide safety and environmental programs that drive compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the EHS&E leadership team to establish performance metrics, strategic priorities, and long-term objectives that elevate organizational performance.
- Develop and execute safety and environmental strategies, governance frameworks, policies, standards, training programs, and communications that support business objectives.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in EHS systems, data management, analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Experience leading complex projects, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and EHS management systems.
- Experience with Workers' Compensation programs and processes.
