Corporate Development Senior Associate

Hybrid role in Palo Alto, CA or NYCIntapp is seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join our Corporate Development team. The Senior Associate will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. The position offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the company as well as significant career progression potential.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           What you will do:

• Drive the end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and integration
• Manage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functions
• Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunities
• Prepare written communications and presentations to key senior executives
• Support deal sourcing and pipeline management

What you will need:

• 3-5 years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking
• Strong deal process management and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysis
• Experience in financial services or professional services software a plus

For California/New York based roles, Base Pay Range is $100,000/yr - $160,000/yr.  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included#LI-JS2
