Corporate Development Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager to join our team! You will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate and support in the execution of the Group’s Corporate Development strategy - from acquisition origination through to transaction execution and integration.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, you will assist in all aspects of the Corporate Development (CD) team’s activity, in particular:

• Identify, evaluate and execute inorganic opportunities, including in respect of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures/ partnerships, and minority investments across the Group;
• Project manage other activities led by CD
• Develop and manage relevant external and internal networks.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a corporate finance/ transaction services teams; or senior analyst level at an investment bank
• Accomplished financial modelling skills 
• Responsive and organised You will;
• Demonstrate clarity of thought and understanding of projects being considered by CD and prioritisation
• Take proactive actions to progress projects, understand stakeholders’ perspectives and identify issues 
• Work independently and self-motivate themselves
• Effectively manage, motivate and challenge various stakeholders 
• Identify patterns, connections and underlying issues in complex situations
