Company Overview
Josys is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform startup, founded as the second entrepreneurial venture by Yasukane Matsumoto, the founder of Raksul Inc. From the very beginning, Josys has focused on building a global organization, and today the team spans across nine countries including regions in Asia, the United States, and Europe. Top-tier talent from around the world continues to join the company, making this an incredibly exciting phase where we are shaping the DAY1 of a truly global company born in Japan.
With our mission to “Simplify IT & Empower Communities,” we provide a secure and seamless platform to solve the increasingly complex IT challenges arising from the rise of remote work, rapid digital transformation, and the explosive growth of SaaS applications.
We have raised a total of $218 million USD (approx. ¥33 billion) across our Series A and B rounds. While our product development hub is located in Bangalore, India, our organizational functions are globally distributed: engineering is based in India, product management in the U.S., go-to-market functions primarily in Japan as well as the U.S., Singapore, and Australia, with corporate operations centralized in Japan. Under this globally distributed setup, we are pushing forward innovation and business expansion on a global scale.
