Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Intern to support our strategic growth initiatives. The intern will play a key role in building and updating financial models, preparing presentations, and conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in exploring careers in corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Build and update detailed financial models to support corporate development activities, including valuation and scenario analysis
• Create professional presentations summarizing analytical findings and recommendations for senior management
• Conduct comprehensive market research, industry benchmarking, and market-sizing analyses
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights for strategic projects

Qualifications

• Recent graduate, rising junior, or rising senior demonstrating a strong history of academic success.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and concepts
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience or internship in corporate finance, public accounting, consulting, or investment banking is a plus
• Must have the ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA area at least four days per week

Education

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
