- Strong academic achievements
- CA(SA) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, or M&A
- Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and stakeholder management
- Exposure to banking, insurance, and African M&A transactions (advantageous)
