Job SummaryThe Corporate Development Associate will play a critical role supporting doTERRA’s Chief of Staff, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. This role is highly analytical and strategically impactful, requiring a strong foundation in financial modeling and business analysis. The Associate will help manage executive-level meetings, lead strategic analyses for business initiatives and investments, and provide critical support for field communications and presentations.
This role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can operate independently and take initiative without the need for constant guidance
Key Responsibilities- Support and execute special projects and tasks from Board of Directors.
- Drive structure for Executive Team meetings, including agenda development, preparation, and follow-ups.
- Analyze and model potential business opportunities across markets and verticals.
- Conduct due diligence, modeling, and analysis for potential investments by doTERRA.
- Assist the Chief of Staff, CFO, and CEO in preparing high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including the field, Board, and Executive Council.
- Strong analytical and numerical acumen with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparative company analysis, three-statement model, etc..
- Comfort interpreting data to inform executive-level decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation-building skills.
2–4 years of professional experience in a financial or analytical role.
Reporting StructureThis position reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
