What you’ll be doing
  • Support end-to-end M&A transactions, coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams and external advisors
  • Lead and manage due diligence processes, synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Perform financial modelling, company valuations, and build robust business cases in close collaboration with commercial and operational teams
  • Contribute to negotiations by reviewing contracts and transitional service agreements to reflect business needs
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and executive decision-making
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research, scouting, and collaboration with internal and external networks
  • Support post-merger integration and carve-out activities in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Build strong internal relationships and act as a trusted partner on corporate development topics

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A
  • Strong financial modelling skills and experience building business cases
  • Solid understanding of M&A processes and basic legal frameworks for share and asset transactions
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and affinity for technology
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong drive to deliver results
  • Fluency in English
