Job Description

This is a summer internship opportunity within a large and growing alternative asset manager.  Brookfield Public Securities Group's Liquid Corporate Credit Team is seeking a Corporate Intern for the Summer of 2025.  The right intern will contribute meaningfully to this fast-growing team's goals while completing the program.  The position is located in Chicago.

Program Overview: 

• 10 weeks in duration guided by a week-by-week schedule 

• We will assign you a mentor and one or more projects

• Your mentor will act as both a resource and manager of the program

• Potential for extended internship / fulltime employment 

• This is an in-person and paid internship 

Qualifications: 

• Enrollment in a fulltime undergraduate program with a major in finance, economics or accounting

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg

• Demonstrated financial modeling ability 

• Demonstrated interest in credit /value investing 

• Strong speaking and presentation skills

• Experience in the leveraged finance markets a plus, but not required
