The Opportunity

Join us as a Corporate Card Administrator - Portuguese and become a vital part of our dynamic Corporate Procurement team! We're seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our Corporate Card program, ensuring seamless transactions and top-notch support for our end-users.
As Corporate Card Administrator, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Corporate Card program, including processing P-Card and T-Card applications, verifying training completion, and maintaining accurate system records across platforms such as CitiManager, gDoc, and FileMaker.
Effectively monitor the CardAdmin mailbox and Neocase systems to address inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely approvals from relevant managers.
Process card maintenance requests, including limit increases and restriction lifts, while adhering to established Service Level Agreements and company policies.
Generate and manage key reports such as suspension/cancellation reports, cost center validation reports, FM reports, and suspicious audit activity reports to ensure program compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the p2p desk, Shared Services Head, and Corporate Procurement team, to align program goals and provide insights during peak seasons or special projects.
Who you are
Active university student in related majors, high school diploma required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational T&E role or related field.
Advanced Portuguese, English, and Spanish level, written and spoken.
Familiarity with relevant technology systems, including Neocase, SAP, Concur, CitiManager, CHRIS, and FileMaker, is a strong advantage. Experience with T&E SAP systems (TRAM and Concur) is desirable.
High accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent proficiency in data entry and advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables).
