As Corporate Counsel at OneSource Virtual, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic and collaborative legal team, a trusted advisor to the business teams, and a prominent player in labor and employment matters and general commercial contracting.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Work closely with various business teams to help ensure OSV complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to provide legal analysis and counsel as OSV’s business strategies and compliance practices evolve.
  • Review and negotiate various commercial contracts for different OSV business teams.
  • Work with the legal team to provide educational and training programs for legal matters across OSV stakeholders.
  • Draft, negotiate and review SaaS agreements.
  • Work with OSV’s product and services teams to provide legal support in developing new product and service offerings and improving existing products and services.

Qualifications & Experience
 

  • J.D. and a member of the local state bar
  • 10+ years of legal experience with at least 5 in a law firm highly preferred
  • Experience working at a fast-paced services company.
  • Motivated self-starter who is solution-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, assess ambiguous situations, and provide clear legal guidance that lawyers and non-lawyers understand.
  • Practical legal approach to address business-related problems and develop a pragmatic solution to address differing perspectives and priorities.
