About The Role
- Responsibility over all financial, accounting, and tax matters of the company.
- Review over all financial tasks of the company: billing, collection, salaries, payments to vendors, and other month-closing procedures.
- Cash flow management, including intercompany funding and foreign currency management.
- Financial analysis and reporting - monthly operational & management reports, quarterly financial statements, and annual tax returns.
- Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls.
The must
- 4+ years experience in a finance position in the high-tech industry, or at a Big-4 accounting firm.
- CPA with big-4 accounting firm experience.
- Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical capabilities and business understanding.
- Superior Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems - must. Netsuite is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on approach, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle.
- Fluent English.
