Not Just Another Controller Position.

Classic Rock Fabrication is a growing custom countertop manufacturer serving residential builders, commercial contractors, and homeowners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We're seeking an experienced accounting leader to elevate the corporate accounting team and financial reporting in support of the company’s growth goals.

This isn't a corporate environment where finance operates in a silo. You'll have a direct impact on business decisions, operational improvements, profitability, and long-term planning.

The right person will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves when necessary but will also be capable of thinking beyond the numbers and helping leadership understand what those numbers mean.

What You'll Own

  • Corporate Accounting
  • Cash flow and working capital management
  • Financial and KPI reporting
  • Internal controls and continuous process improvement

What Makes This Opportunity Different

You'll be joining a company where:

  • Your work directly influences business decisions.
  • You'll work closely with ownership and leadership.
  • Good ideas are welcome regardless of title.
  • You won't be buried under layers of management.
  • You'll have the opportunity to improve systems, processes, and reporting rather than simply maintain them.
  • Success is measured by contribution and results, not corporate politics.

We're Probably a Good Fit If You...

  • Enjoy both hands-on, deep accounting work and developing, leading, and managing teams.
  • Like producing reports and metrics that you can see directly impact company performance and profitability.
  • Enjoy opportunities to work on acquisitions.
  • Ask "why" as often as you ask "how much."
  • See accounting as a tool for running a better business rather than just recording history.
  • Take pride in ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We're Probably Not a Good Fit If You...

  • Prefer highly structured corporate environments.
  • Do not enjoy leadership and managing people.
  • Are looking for a role with a narrowly defined scope.

Why People Stay Here

Because what they do matters.

We build products we're proud of. We solve problems. We work hard. We value relationships, accountability, and common sense. And we believe the best ideas come from people who care about the success of the business as much as their own success.

We also take care of our people with a strong benefits package, competitive pay, and the kind of opportunities that help you build a career - not just hold a job.

This is a place where ambitious people can learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and grow alongside a company that's growing too.
