Essential Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create engaging compliance training programs tailored to employee roles and risk profiles, using tools such as Articulate and Vyond, grounded in adult learning theory.
- Annual Training Planning: Support development of the company-wide compliance training plan, including consultation with business segments and engagement with works councils, ensuring alignment with risk profiles and regulatory expectations.
- Content Creation: Develop visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials (presentations, job aids, infographics) in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools to simplify complex compliance topics.
- Compliance Expertise: Ensure content accuracy and relevance across key compliance areas.
- Training Effectiveness: Develop and apply methods to measure comprehension and evaluate training impact; track metrics, report results, and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
- Translation of Requirements: Partner with Policy Owners to transform legal and regulatory requirements into practical, learner-friendly content.
- Assessment & Measurement: Design and implement quizzes, knowledge checks, and other evaluation tools to measure comprehension; analyze results to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- LMS Management: Collaborate with Learning and Development to manage compliance courses, audience targeting, enrollment, and reporting in the LMS.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee external learning vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of compliance training solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback, training analytics, and industry best practices to refine content, delivery methods, and engagement strategies.
- Awareness & Engagement: Support communications and campaigns to drive participation in compliance training and reinforce a strong culture of integrity.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 7+ years combined experience in corporate compliance and instructional design or adult learning development.
- Strong knowledge of key compliance topics such as conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, speak-up culture, fair competition, and privacy.
- Demonstrated ability to develop role- and risk-tailored training content that simplifies complex concepts into engaging, actionable learning experiences.
- Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Vyond) and content design platforms (Canva, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing compliance training programs, audiences, and reporting within enterprise LMS systems.
- Skilled in designing assessments and measuring learner comprehension and training effectiveness.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendors.

The base pay range for this position is $126,300.00 - 210,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 10/1/2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
