Role: Corporate Compliance Assistant
Location: Remote - Work From Home

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Preparing Annual ASIC Review Statements for our clients daily, including invoicing the client's Annual ASIC Fee (the main task initially) 
    • Software Required: NowInfinity, Xero, and XPM
  • Managing and upkeeping the client's inbox. 
  • Saving all emails, including the annual statements & annual statement reminders, to the appropriate client on the document manager system (FYI).
    • Software Required: Microsoft Outlook, FYI Docs, Full Access to the client's corporate inbox
  • Issuing and emailing ASIC Late fee invoices to clients - email templates available.
  • Managing daily invoice retrieval from the ASIC portal or corporate email to ensure that the client is notified and will avoid further late fees. 
    • Software Required: Access to the ASIC Portal via Chrome or the corporate mailbox 
  • Attending to any client queries regarding ASIC (e.g. address & email updates, company queries, deregistration requests). All query actions are to be reviewed by the corporate compliance manager, and queries will be assigned by the corporate compliance manager for action.
  • Ensuring all clients' details are maintained through NowInfinity as per client records in XPM. 
  • Inputting of new clients and new entities into the system
    • Software Required: NowInfinity and XPM
  • Establishing new entities (companies and trusts), and forwarding them to the client's office 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Australian compliance/ASIC processing 
  • Experience in the following systems/tools: 
    • NowInfinity (Corporate Compliance Management Software)
    • Xero Blue (Software for Uploading Invoices) 
    • Xero Practice Manager (Client Management System) 
    • FYI Docs ( Document Manager Software) 
    • ASIC Portal 
    • ASIC Connect 
    • Microsoft Outlook
