Responsibilities:
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的企业传播高级经理，负责领导并提升公司在中国的企业传播、品牌建设及利益相关方沟通工作。该职位将在塑造企业形象、维护企业声誉、建立与媒体、及内部利益相关方的信任关系方面发挥关键作用。
您将确保公司内外部传播信息的一致性与及时性，主动识别并管理各类舆情风险与危机事件；并作为跨部门协作伙伴，与人力资源、法务、财务及各业务线紧密配合，推动组织协同与影响力落地。
企业传播战略与品牌管理· 制定并实施中国区集团层面的企业品牌与传播战略；
· 指导各业务单元对齐公司整体定位，确保所有传播触点上的企业信息与视觉识别系统保持一致，输出统一声音；
· 通过优质企业传播、数字平台与品牌体验提升企业形象。
媒体关系与宣传· 建立并维护与中央媒体及主流媒体的良好关系；
· 积累并拓展媒体资源网络，支持企业正面宣传；
· 撰写新闻稿、企业重要声明、高管讲话稿及发言要点。
危机与冲突管理· 建立并维护危机传播应对机制与响应流程；
· 在危机事件中主导传播响应，展现公正、迅速、高效与专业的企业形象；
· 在高压情境下为高级管理层提供值得信赖的决策建议。
内部沟通与员工互动· 搭建并优化内部传播渠道，包括内刊、全员信、Town Hall 及数字化平台；
· 与人力资源及管理层协作，强化内部信息传递与沟通，提升员工士气、企业文化与组织凝聚力；
· 将企业价值观与文化融入对内对外传播内容，助力雇主品牌与人才吸引。
大型活动与高管传播· 策划并执行大型企业活动，包括品牌活动及员工大会、年会等；
· 统筹活动策略、现场执行、利益相关方协调及核心信息传播；
· 支持高管形象塑造及领导力传播项目。
跨部门协作· 作为公司级传播项目的连接者与推动者，与人力资源、法务、财务及各业务线高效协作，推动传播工作与公司业务目标对齐；
影响并调动各层级利益相关方，建立跨部门良好工作关系。
任职要求· 国内知名大学本科及以上学历，传播学、新闻学、公共关系、市场营销、工商管理或相关专业；
· 八年以上跨国公司企业传播、品牌建设及宣传相关工作经验，曾担任集团层面或中国区相关部门团队主要负责人；
· 具有很强的自我驱动意识，以及良好策划能力和战略思维；
· 写作能力强，具有起草重要文件、高管讲话稿及核心传播稿件的经验；
· 有自我学习能力，熟悉AI、social media等新媒体工具（最好有案例）；
· 具有丰富的媒体交往经验，熟悉中央媒体及主流媒体，拥有丰富的媒体资源；
· 具有丰富的危机管理经验，熟悉危机应对程序与处理机制；
· 具有举办大型活动的实战经验，熟悉活动策划与组织工作；
· 中英文书面及口语表达均十分熟练，能作为工作语言；
· 具备良好的人际关系管理能力，亲和力强，能够跨层级、跨职能影响并推动协作；
· 具有搭建或优化内部传播渠道（内刊、全员信、Town Hall 等）的经验；
认同公司价值观与行为准则，具备自我驱动力、Ownership 与责任感；

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized domestic university in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience in corporate communications, brand building, and publicity within multinational companies.
- Experience serving as a primary leader of a group-level or China-region communications team or department.
- Strong self-motivation, planning ability, and strategic thinking.
- Strong writing skills and experience drafting important documents, executive speeches, and core communications materials.
- Ability to self-learn and familiarity with AI and social media tools, preferably supported by examples.
- Extensive media relations experience, familiarity with central and mainstream media, and an established media network.
- Extensive crisis management experience and familiarity with crisis response procedures and mechanisms.
- Practical experience planning and organizing large-scale corporate events.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English, with both usable as working languages.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills and ability to influence and drive collaboration across levels and functions.
- Experience building or optimizing internal communication channels such as company publications, all-employee letters, and town halls.
- Alignment with company values and behavioral standards, with ownership and a strong sense of responsibility.
