As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic and highly organized Corporate Communications Manager to support our corporate communications team and help elevate Navan’s brand presence in the market.
This is a critical strategic role that will directly support the corporate communications team and ladder up to the Head of Corporate Communications. In this role, the ideal candidate will take part in every phase of building out Navan’s corporate reputation. This includes contributing to strategic planning and storytelling, proactive media pitching, and working cross-functionally with global teams such as product, marketing, and finance. Successful candidates will also use data to shape their stories and will have extensive relationships with the press.

What You’ll Do
- Support Corporate Communications Strategy: Assist in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that amplify Navan’s corporate story.
- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with key reporters, analysts, and media contacts in business, tech, and travel sectors.
- Content & Messaging: Draft compelling press materials, blog posts, media pitches, and thought leadership pieces that align with Navan’s brand voice and business objectives.Drive media outreach and storytelling opportunities around company milestones, product innovations, partnerships, and industry trends, while also submitting for Awards and speaking opportunities.
- Industry & Competitive Monitoring: Track media coverage, analyze competitor PR activities, and provide insights to inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with broader marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure PR efforts are aligned with broader company initiatives.
- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Partner with external PR agencies and vendors to optimize media engagement and campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5-7 years of communications experienceOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision.
- Media Relations: Proven ability to secure impactful press coverage and maintain strong relationships with journalists and analysts.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to think big while effectively executing detailed PR campaigns.
- Writing & Communication: Strong ability to craft compelling and clear media narratives.
- Analytical Approach: Uses data and insights to refine PR strategies and measure impact.
- Collaboration: Thrives in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
