Our PR & Corporate Communications team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Intern to support the team's four core divisions: Consumer PR, Nutrition Communications, Corporate PR, and Events. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to media relations, brand storytelling, executive communications, and event execution within a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build foundational experience in public relations while contributing to high-impact work across multiple brands and initiatives.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description- Build and manage social media calendars; draft, schedule, and engage with content across brand channels
- Monitor news outlets and social platforms for coverage; compile press recaps and reporting
- Take detailed notes during internal and external meetings and maintain organized documentation
- Support event logistics and on-site coordination for the Events team
- Conduct research to support media outreach, campaigns, and executive initiatives
- Assist in developing client-facing presentations and internal decks
- Identify relevant influencers and maintain accurate, up-to-date media lists
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
- Provide general administrative and project support to the PR team as needed
- Strong interest in and understanding of public relations; previous PR agency experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and flexible, able to manage multiple projects in a single day
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong research and writing abilities
- Up-to-date on current events, popular culture, and the news cycle
- Eager to learn and proactive in contributing to team initiatives
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
