Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business divisions, ensuring their communication needs are understood and addressed.
- Provide tailored communication strategies and concepts that align with division objectives and overall corporate goals.
- Regularly consult with division leaders and marketing teams to identify opportunities for storytelling, campaign development and brand positioning; create high-quality content for various communication channels from external to internal communications.
- Identify, establish and manage strategic communication partnerships with industry organizations, media outlets and thought leaders.
- Develop digital communications strategies incl. corporate websites and other digital platforms and ensure the integration of digital channels into overall communication strategies.
- Foster employee engagement through consistent and inspiring messaging in digital internal communications channels incl. company intranet, digital magazine, newsletters, mailings and mobile apps.
- Assure corporate identity & consistency across all organizational units in Bosch Türkiye providing supervision on the appropriate use of the corporate identity, ensuring local implementation of Corporate Design and giving local Corporate Design trainings.
Qualifications
- Master's and/or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Journalism and Marketing or relevant social sciences from reputable universities.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations or brand management at corporations and/or 3rd party agencies.
- Proven working history in managing corporate brands across multiple markets, content and campaign creation as well as managing strategic partnerships and fostering thought leadership initiatives.
- Ability to perform in multinational, complex matrix organization and hybrid working environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with result and solution-oriented personality.
- Ability to analyze and create communication concepts as well as develop storylines tailored to multiple channels.
- Experience in digital communication strategies, website content management systems and digital analytics tools.
- Curious and self-learner with the ability to transform learnings into creative ideas.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good command of MS Office programs.
- Have no restriction to travel or no military service obligation for male candidates.
