We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role is based out of Kings Hill office in West Malling. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least one or two days a week in the office.

The role: Client Executive

The Client Executive will focus on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio while identifying and creating more revenue opportunities through proactive cross selling & upselling of our services, making it an ideal opportunity for a current Client Executive or even experienced Account Handler aspiring to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.

We will rely on you to:

• Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
• Demonstrate excellent client retention skills.
• Cover a large region predominantly the South East utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach.
• Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets.
• Perform to a high level across all areas of client management including client service, quality and assurance, growth and colleague engagement.

What you need to have:

• A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background and the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of business.
• A passion for elite client service.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
