Cash Management Corporates provides large cap companies with global cash management solutions incl. payments and receivables, integrated FX payments, client integration and online banking solutions, international liquidity management structures. We give advice to senior level corporate representatives (Head of Cash Management, Assistant Treasurers, Treasurers, Head of Payment Operations) with a goal of securing cash management mandates for the bank. The client base is multinational corporates and the solutions positioned are focused on international cash management wallet (booked outside of Ireland).

Junior Sales Manager is responsible for retaining, growing and developing strategic client relationships for a portfolio of clients supporting the senior sales managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in double coverage with Senior Sales Manager and in some cases independently with the objective to grow revenues from existing and new clients to meet/exceed annual growth targets
  • Develop and maintain client relationships for client portfolio of large corporate client including liaising with clients, building client relationships and supporting their account related queries
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations as well as cash management product knowledge by participating in client discussions, supporting senior sales managers in day to day sales activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders both within Cash Management (Product Mgt, Implementation, Services, Operations) & Corporate Banking Coverage as well as the wider bank to ensure client centricity and maximize revenue potential and to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery
  • Work closely with RFP response, sales enablement and product management teams to prepare effective and detailed proposals and /or presentations
  • Prepare account plans, review revenue developments and monitor financial KPI on client/deal-level
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks

Skills:

  • University graduate
  • Strong selling skills including but not limited to communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills, being able to prioritize workload and with ability to work under tight timelines
