Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid-level corporate and securities associate in its Phoenix, AZ office. Candidates should have two to six years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities law (including SEC reporting requirements), public and private financings, corporate governance, and related business matters. We are seeking an extremely motivated associate with excellent academic credentials and experience in a large firm. Candidates must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Arizona Bar.
