Our transactions involve most industry sectors, including power and energy, natural resources, pipelines, oil and gas, petrochemicals, airports, ship ports, real estate (REITs), production facilities, public housing, food processing, consulting, other service industries as well as real estate credit tenant loan financings involving federal and state governments, public and private universities, hospitals, resorts, hotels, medical office buildings, retail, data centers, and oil and gas facilities.
Requisite skills include structuring, negotiating and documenting financing arrangements for corporate credits as well as project finance and infrastructure projects; negotiating lenders’ interests in project-related agreements.
