Corporate and Workplace Solutions includes the following pillars:
- Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, and Document Management), Events, Client & Corporate Production, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, Capital Management, and CWS Strategy and Change Management
- Office of Global Security: Manages and implements arrangements for the protection of the firm’s personnel, physical security, fire safety and crisis management.
- Americas Key Regional Offices: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering - which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.

Role Overview
CWS is seeking an experienced Product Manager to enable the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale digital and operational products that enhance workplace experience, productivity, and operating performance.
This role will be responsible for partnering with our businesses to develop end‑to‑end product visions, roadmap, and implementation plans for workplace and operations platforms, partnering closely with global functional leads, product owners, Engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders. The individual will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on product governance—ensuring solutions are scalable, data‑driven, user‑centered, and aligned with firm standards, regulatory requirements, and long‑term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead a clear product vision and multi‑year strategic roadmap for CWS digital workplace products and operational capabilities aligned with CWS and firm‑wide priorities.
- Continuously assess industry trends, emerging technologies, AI, and automation opportunities, translating insight into actionable product direction.
- Own the full lifecycle of respective products and platforms—from concept and business case through design, implementation, adoption, and performance measurement.
- Develop robust business cases for new products and enhancements, including ROI analysis, financial justification, success metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Champion a user‑centered, data‑driven approach, leveraging user research, workflow analysis, stakeholder interviews, and feedback loops.
- Define meaningful use cases that integrate workplace services such as scheduling, access, visitor experiences, space utilization, and operational workflows.
- Measure adoption, performance, and outcomes through analytics and ongoing end‑user engagement.
Delivery, Governance & Change Readiness
- Maintain a transparent, prioritized roadmap using enterprise product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ensure solutions are operationalized effectively through training, communications, support models, and adoption campaigns.
- Uphold governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards across all products and platforms.
- Strategically manage vendor relationships, including platform evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight.
- Resolve risks, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, leading the strategy, development, and launch of complex, enterprise‑scale products.
- Demonstrated expertise managing automation‑driven, or digitally transformative solutions, including AI, across their full lifecycle.
- Proven ability to define and execute prioritized product roadmaps delivering measurable business and user outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to navigate complex interdependencies across global teams.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise product management, analytics, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities
- Experience with smart buildings, digital workplace platforms, service enablement technologies, or large real estate/operations portfolios.
- Strong understanding of change management, adoption strategy, and operational readiness in enterprise environments.
- Experience operating in highly-regulated, global organizations with rigorous governance and risk requirements.
