Corporate Analyst (Sector – Energy, Oil & Gas, MFO)

The Bank of Georgia Corporate Banking Department is looking for Corporate Analyst (Sector – Energy, Oil & Gas, MFO) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the full cycle of company analysis: processing financial information, project preparation, presentation to the committee;

• Finding / studying information about the market;

• systematic monitoring of the clients in the portfolio;

• Supporting the Department in current activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finances, Economics or a related field.

Working experience:

• In the bank's analytical department, Min. 1 year of work experience in the same position;

• or working experience in financial companies. 2 years of experience;

• or working in an auditing company, min. 2-3 years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Finances: analysis of main financial sources, financial ratios;

• Desirable knowledge: legal aspects of lending; established rules for processing and issuing corporate loans in commercial banks;

• Business communication skills - Highly developed written and oral communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills used within a demanding team environment.

• Responsibility – the ability to protect obligations, ethical and moral norms and confidentiality;

• analytical and logical thinking;

• Service skills - courtesy, kindness, willingness to help

• Organization, effective time management, punctuality.

• Languages – Georgian and English.
