The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a confident, polished and people-first Corporate Administrator to join our Sydney team. Based in our Sydney office, you’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative Corporate Services team who act as first impression ambassadors and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of our core business activities.

You’ll play a key role in welcoming clients and visitors into our office and delivering a professional, warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. As the go-to for front-of-house coordination, you’ll manage calls and ensure our reception and meeting spaces reflect the high standards we’re known for.

Alongside this, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the office through facilities and contractor coordination, managing office supplies, equipment and resources, and assisting with meeting and event coordination. You’ll also provide broader administrative support including coordinating couriers, document management, archiving, and contributing to project-based work, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in delivering a standout client experience. You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and are confident managing multiple priorities with ease. You have proven experience in a client-facing, receptionist, front-of-house role, along with strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner, complemented by excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

You are confident working autonomously, take initiative, have solid Microsoft Office skills, and maintain a positive mindset with a genuine willingness to help make things happen. Above all, you’re collaborative, adaptable and bring energy to everything you do. You’re someone who enjoys being the heartbeat of the office creating a welcoming environment and making each day better for both clients and colleagues.
