The Corporate Actions unit takes care of the global processing of administrative actions. Such corporate actions can be general meetings, offers, repurchase agreements and mergers. The economic situation has a direct impact on our work when it comes to implementation in client portfolios. We are responsible for the high-quality and professional preparation of communications to clients who hold their securities with our bank. This includes daily contact with client advisors as well as with internal and external partners.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Investigation, identification, categorisation and opening of upcoming capital events

• Creation of customer-friendly notification letters in four languages (German, English, French, Italian)

• Monitoring of client instructions

• Correct and timely transmission of instructions to custodians

• Proactive management of customer bookings including adjustments of differences and other requests

• Reconciliation of cash and securities breaks

• Processing of internal and external payments

• Management of hotline and group email boxes

YOUR PROFILE

• Banking apprenticeship, basic commercial training or high school diploma (preferably with banking experience)

• Knowledge of securities (experience with administrative transactions an advantage)

• Very good verbal and written skills in German and English

• Enjoyment of professional and technical details

• High degree of self-interest and sense of responsibility

• Ability to work in a team, collegiality and reliability

• Independence, accuracy, resilience and flexibility
