POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will work closely with finance leadership, manage key accounting processes, and support audits and financial reporting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong SAP experience who wants exposure to end-to-end corporate finance operations.
The Financial Reporting Analyst supports corporate accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Based out of the Chennai, Taramani Global Shared Service Center, this role works closely with the Controller and Accounting Manager and plays a key role in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and audit support activities. The position contributes to maintaining the integrity of financial data and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage cash and accounts receivable reporting
• Clear bank and AR accounts
• Prepare SG&A accruals and prepaid accounting
• Process and analyze insurance and other prepaid invoices
• Maintain debt accounting, roll-forwards, and interest accruals
• Perform FX revaluation in SAP
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support audits with schedules and documentation
• Respond to ad-hoc accounting and GL coding requests
Requirements
Education: B.Com mandatory; CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting
Strong experience in SAP

- Work Schedule: This position supports U.S. business hours (approximately 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).

Skills Required
- Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com)
- Seven years of relevant corporate accounting experience
- Strong SAP experience
- CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualification
