We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Assistant for our Mount Pleasant Support Center who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and is self-motivated. This position will have the potential, after training is completed, to share work hours between the office and working remotely from home.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Aid the Corporate Accountant as needed
  • Scan and input invoices into the system for approval
  • Prepare deposits and post cash receipts into into Accounts Receivable program
  • Help prepare various spreadsheets and verify data for monthly billings
  • Submit Accounts Receivable invoices for payment to various companies
  • Download monthly bank statements, clear checks, electronic payments, deposits
  • Maintain files (both paper and electronic)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Accounting experience
