Job Description:

Corporate Account Manager combines the responsibilities of new client acquisition and existing client development. This dual role ensures full-cycle coverage of the sales journey, from prospecting to account growth, allowing a seamless transition and strategic relationship continuity in the mid-sized business segment.

What you'll be doing:

*Responsible to sell company products and services, that are not currently part of the existing portfolio of clients and achieving an individual new sales quota and will executive tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, discovering prospect's needs, recommending solutions, submitting proposals, negotiating, closing sales and building relationship with the account until it's transferred to an Account executive's portfolio;

* Responsible for the retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products);

* Prospect potential new clients and penetrate accounts in the assign territory, using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking;

* Maintains a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects; Execute methods, routines and activities around client retention;

* Report sales activity with detailed notes on prospect and existing client interactions (CRM tool);

* Prepares an efficient travel plan to optimally cover the assigned territory/portfolio, minimizing time spent traveling;

* Actively participates in industry events, business communities, and networking opportunities to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and identify new business opportunities.

* Drives business growth by actively using online social media and professional networking channels as key components of the sales and lead generation process.

*University degree;


Work Experience Requirements:

* Relevant expertise in B2B sales services roles;

* MS Office & CRM knowledge; LinkedIn (and similar networking/ social tools);

* KPIs (data) understanding;

* Clean Driving license B category;

* Availability to travel in the allocated area: Bihor, Satu-Mare, Maramures and Salaj counties

* Ability to proactively build and leverage a strong professional network within the assigned territory.

* Demonstrates confidence in representing the company in external environments and creating meaningful connections that convert into long-term partnerships.

Languages:

*English skills - medium level (writing, reading and speaking);
