Corporate Account Manager – Food & Beverage Division
We’re seeking a Corporate Account Manager – F&B to accelerate our fast‑growing Food & Beverage portfolio in MEA region and support our ambition to double the business within two years. This role is designed for a commercially driven leader who combines technical depth, strategic account management, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with regional and multinational customers.
You will oversee some of our largest and most strategic corporate accounts, drive cross‑regional alignment, and collaborate closely with North Africa teams to ensure consistent execution and value delivery. The position may be based in Morocco, Egypt, or Algeria, depending on candidate location and organizational requirements.
🔑 What You’ll LeadDrive Strategic Growth & Profitability
Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and multi‑site accounts
Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Ecolab’s growth roadmap
Identify, shape, and close high‑value GAIN opportunities across regions
Lead pricing, contract renewals, and margin‑improvement initiatives
Strengthen Customer Operations & Outcomes
Conduct in‑depth site assessments and deliver data‑driven recommendations
Deploy Ecolab technologies to elevate productivity, food safety, sustainability, and quality
Support customers across Food, Beverage, Dairy, and multi‑plant networks
Track and communicate KPIs to demonstrate measurable value
Manage a High‑Impact Portfolio
Ensure strong coverage, risk mitigation, and competitive defense
Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and executive‑level reporting
Champion Safety, Compliance & Operational Excellence
Uphold Ecolab and customer safety standards
Complete required certifications and ensure incident reporting
Promote best practices across customer sites and internal teams
Collaborate Across Regions & Functions
Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, Business Development, and Corporate Accounts
Leverage regional and North American teams for sanitation programs, digital solutions, and equipment support
Influence cross‑regional strategy and support global customer initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
2+ years in Corporate Accounts, Sales, F&B, Hygiene/Sanitation, Chemicals, or Technical Service
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Experience managing large or multi‑site customers is a strong advantage
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Ownership of a strategic, high‑value corporate portfolio
Deep expertise in consultative selling, value creation, and executive‑level partnership
Hands‑on exposure to sanitation programs, digital platforms, and advanced F&B technologies
