The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing and expanding strategic relationships with national and multi-site corporate customers throughout North America. This role combines consultative, value-based selling with strong account management to help customers improve operational efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and profitability across multiple facilities. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Corporate Account Manager partners with key decision-makers to identify opportunities, implement enterprise-wide solutions, and deliver measurable business results while driving profitable revenue growth and long-term customer loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate, operations, and plant personnel teams across multiple customer locations.
- Grow existing corporate accounts through value-based selling, cross-selling, upselling, contract expansion, and new business development while achieving revenue, margin and profitability objectives.
- Identify enterprise-wide opportunities by aligning customer business objectives with company solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.
- Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, product demonstrations, and customer presentations that communicate measurable value and return on investment.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts, insuring exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and execution across all customer locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term account growth.
- Monitor customer performance, market trends, competitive activity, and strategic initiatives to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Excel, LinkedIn, and other business tools to manage opportunities, forecast revenue, maintain customer activity, and support strategic account planning.
- Develop and execute annual strategic account plans for assigned corporate customers.
- Travel approximately 75% throughout North America to customer sites, trade shows, industry events, and internal meetings to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3+ years of demonstrable success in corporate account management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Proven success in industrial sales within industries such as manufacturing, industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, oil and gas, mining, construction, transportation, energy, or related industrial markets.
- Proven track record of growing large, multi-site customer relationships and exceeding revenue objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage existing industry relationships and professional networks to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive account growth.
- Ability to think strategically, understand complex customer organizations and multi-site account management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
- Collaborative leadership skills, with an ability to engage across all levels of customer organization.
