🔍 Key Responsibilities

💼 Procurement Sourcing & Bidding: Proactively search, identify, and source high-value procurement opportunities across private corporations and public platforms. Spearhead the preparation, assembly, and submission of comprehensive tender documents and institutional bids.

📋 Compliance & Government Relations: Ensure 100% flawless compliance with strict government bidding requirements, regulatory bodies, and platforms like PhilGEPS. Guarantee that all technical and financial eligibility documents are complete and submitted on schedule.

📈 Account Management & Quota Achievement: Drive business growth and profitability by consistently reaching and exceeding established sales quotas. Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing relationships seamlessly throughout long-term sales cycles.

🤝 Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with internal teams to align bidding terms with operational capabilities. Work alongside Legal to oversee contract variations, and partner with Finance to ensure appropriate credit and pricing approvals.

⚙️ Reporting & Strategy Review: Maintain meticulous records of bid outcomes, historical data, and client interactions. Regularly evaluate submission processes to make meaningful recommendations to the department for improving proposal win rates.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

💼 Experience: 2 to 5 years of work-related experience in corporate sales (B2B), account management, or handling institutional tenders and government bidding processes.
