Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts, and corporates in coordinating roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events.
- Liaise with Sales, Clients and Corporates for bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc.
- Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
- Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
- Booking travel, accommodation and ground transportation
- Ensuring that necessary materials / equipment are available
- Arranging event diaries in liaison with Corporates and Clients
- Entering details into relevant systems
- validating invoices
- Corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
- Developing relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
- Developing relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams
- Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings
Requirements
- Master’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- 3-4 years of previous related experience
- Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
- Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
- Good understanding of local culture
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
