Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced remote Sales Executive based out of Inland Empire to drive revenueacross a portfolio of up to five hotels. This role requires a strategic, market-driven sales leader with proven success in multi-property and multi-brand environments. We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, capturing new business, and maximizing market share.  In this role, you will play a key part in helping uscraft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns!  This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a growing and dynamic hotel management company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned portfolio of hotels through proactive and strategic sales efforts
  • Actively manage the market by positioning each hotel's features, benefits, and competitive strengths to influence customer buying decisions
  • Prospect, solicit, and negotiate new and existing business through a combination of outside sales calls, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital communication to increase group and corporate negotiated occupancy
  • Represent multiple hotel properties and brands, balancing priorities to maximize overall portfolio performance
  • Travel as needed to conduct client visits, attend industry events, and generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to align pricing and revenue strategies with market conditions and demand trends
  • Monitor market activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategiesaccordingl
  • This is a remote position with regular local travel throughout the Inland Empire market. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to Hemet and Palm Desert, CA, to support in-market sales activities, client meetings, and property visits.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as aSalesManager in select-service and/or full-service hotels, with demonstrated success managing and selling multiple properties simultaneously preferred
  • Experience with premium-branded hotels required; prior experience representing multiple brands, including Marriott and Hilton, strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership presence with a professional and polished image
  • Excellent decision-making ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require
  • Bachelor’s degree from afour yearcollege or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
