As part of the product line SDV and CoreRide platforms organization you are driving the development of the new NXP CoreRide end to end system central archetype, which will enable automotive customers to address the Software Defined Vehicle challenges in the next years. In collaboration with ecosystem partners, this platform will create a path to production for our automotive customers.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of NXP CoreRide central compute end to end platform
Coordinate and animate the development of hardware components, software, hardware reference systems across different product lines and R&D organization across multiple geographies.
Work with Product managers and Marketing to ensure timely execution of the Minimum viable Product.
Drive system architecture , integration and validation teams to deliver a complete End to End system play to customers.
Collaborate with the different automotive product lines to define the best solution for a given platform
Key Challenges:
Knowledge of automotive embedded software and semiconductors in particular is mandatory (esp. semiconductor SoC, Power and Performance)
Expert in Agile Safe, Integration, CI/CT/CD
Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1
Ability to collaborate with partners, customers and internal stakeholders
Job Qualifications:
At least 15 years of relevant experience
Experience in leading successful SW and system integration at OEM / T1
Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Job Location:
Preference to Toulouse, France or Munich, Germany.
