Join our Cross Sell Operations team and take the lead on dynamic initiatives to elevate customer engagement by promoting our diverse product offerings. As a Cross Sell Operations Senior Associate, you'll collaborate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Product Development to enhance the customer journey and optimize product flows. Your role is pivotal in managing cross-functional projects, maintaining effective communication, and driving continuous testing and campaign analysis.
What you'll do as a Cross Sell Operations Senior Associate

  • Collaborate with various operations, marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive cross-functional initiatives ranging from product enhancements to new promotional mechanics.
  • Manage product flows to optimize customer journeys across different product features.
  • Deliver high-quality communications to provide transparency and updates to align key stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain a cross-sell testing agenda that drives continued optimization with a significant focus on campaign analysis.
  • Operate in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.



What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years of relevant operations experience at a technology company.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem solve, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and have experience managing promotions and running A/B tests.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across several diverse business functions with inclusivity and connectedness.
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and present in a memo or slide format to senior leadership to drive change and innovation.
  • Experience with SQL/Snowflake and Google Sheets/Slides is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,800.00 USD - 76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
