• Core network project execution E2E management from project planning\budget\quality point of view
• Core Network project technical issues follow up and reporting
• Drive project execution: track project activities , monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
• Project daily issue register. Clearly record all delays as input for negotiation with customer on project delay
• Project scope management. Follow up and record all project scope change. Able to argue with customer on any requirement which is out of scope
• Project change request identification and follow up.
• Customer reporting and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust , ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events
• Customer interface and reporting
Requirements
• Strong core network technical background in IMS , PS or CS domains
• Previous experience in managing core network projects at least 5 years
• Excellent command of verbal and written English;
Candidate Requirement
• Cooperate closely with project member and technical responsible to successfully deliver the project
• Strong core network technical background.
• Core network project experiences in Huawei is preferable
