Core Integration Software Architect - Remote

The Software Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure platform. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end cloud solutions that align with business goals, considering scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Implementing and deploying cloud architectures according to best practices and client requirements
• Ensuring seamless integration of cloud services into existing systems
• Developing cost-efficient architectures and optimizing cloud resource usage
• Implementing robust security measures and compliance standards
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate cloud services into application architecture
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation for cloud solutions
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of cloud environments
• Providing training and guidance on cloud best practices to internal teams and clients
• Staying updated on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends

Required qualifications:

• Experience driving strategy for infrastructure products in a top bank, fintech or payments company
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Strong programming skills and experience with APIs and scripting languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification (preferred)

The ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively design and implement cloud solutions that meet organizational needs
