A vacancy for a IT Operation Specialist DevOps (F/M) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters Information Management directorate in Marignane.
The successful applicant will join the Product-Service-Line OnePLM in the End-to-End Develop domain.
Your challenges:Custom DevOps Pipeline Complexity: Master, operate, and secure a highly sophisticated and custom-built DevOps pipeline tailored specifically to the unique requirements of the DDMS program, ensuring flawless operational alignment during integration.
Fast-Paced Autonomy & Transition: Adapt quickly and achieve rapid operational autonomy within a dense, high-pressure post-CFT transition phase, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer to secure internal expertise.
Complex Stakeholder Management: Effectively navigate a dense and vast ecosystem (Corporate Infrastructure, Product-Service-Line, Business units like Design/Manufacturing, Dassault Systèmes, external vendors, and counterparts in Airbus Commercial and Airbus Defence & Space).
Pipeline Evolution & Technological Trajectory: Evaluate and potentially drive the evolution of the pipeline, whether by optimizing the current custom-built solution or guiding a transition toward corporate infrastructure standards (such as Ansible Tower), depending on strategic alignment.
Future Pipeline Anticipation: Anticipate and prepare for the potential creation of a localized, autonomous Airbus Helicopters development chain for specific local needs.
DevOps Pipeline Ownership (Primary Focus): Deploy, operate, and maintain the complex deployment pipeline specifically tailored for the 3DExperience solution (OnePlatform).
Package Integration & Automated Deployment: Manage, integrate, and automate the reception and continuous deployment of software packages delivered by the Large Solution level.
Infrastructure & Advanced Tooling Operations: Administrate and troubleshoot the core technical stack processes, covering configuration management, orchestration, secrets management, and custom local access portals.
End-to-End Support Operations: Provide high-level technical support, seamlessly managing project-driven issues as well as production run incidents according to corporate workflows.
Application Performance Monitoring: Implement, maintain, and analyze system health, infrastructure alerts, and application performance metrics.
Architecture Evolution & Alignment: Study and drive the lifecycle and trajectory of the pipeline, ensuring continuous alignment with Airbus infrastructure standards.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies as part of a dedicated technical ART (Agile Release Train), while collaborating closely within the broader Large Solution framework ecosystem.
Potential Local Dev Chain (Optional/Future phase): Design and implement a standalone, autonomous development chain tailored to specific local requirements if requested by the business.
Experience: Senior profile (5 to 10 years) in ITOps, Deployment/Release Engineering, or System Engineering within complex, large-scale IT environments.
Technical & DevOps Stack: Strong experience with Ansible / Ansible Tower (required for migration), SaltStack, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul), Apache Airflow, Dynatrace, and Jira/ServiceNow.
PLM Expertise & Data Protection:
Good understanding of the PLM domain (ideally Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience / OnePlatform).
Awareness of industrial data protection constraints, regulations, and classifications (Military, Export Control).
Languages & Soft Skills:
Advanced level of English is mandatory to navigate this multinational ecosystem. Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a strong plus.
