Cordis, Shanghai, Hongqiao is the first Cordis hotel of Langham Hospitality Group in Mainland China. Responsibilities

1.    Check all revenue from POS system, and reconcile with SEP system. To ensure all revenue is accurate and balance with each system.

2.    Audit all entertainment checks for appropriateness and authorization. The same procedure for Officer’s checks.
审核所有宴请单都按照程序来操作及被授权,高职用餐按同样的程序处理。
3.    Valet and laundry charges must be balanced to the laundry department records.  Any excess employee laundry and house use charge must be reviewed and forward to Accounts Receivable for charging to individual employee ledger.
系统记录的洗衣房收入必须与洗衣单记录一致。任何其他员工超量的洗衣和自用房洗衣费用必须审核并提交应收帐,在员工个人帐上收取。
4.    Maintain control record of Cashiers’ over/short and investigate major discrepancies and prepare monthly summary for approval of Director of Finance or delegate.  Any material shortage is to be immediately reported.

5.    Check all F&B void checks and prepare void list report (F&B).

6.    Verify General Cashier Report.

7.    Control all coupons issued and redemption in regard to promotions, including group meals, in coordination with Income Auditor.
协助审计主管,控制所有促销票券,包括团体用餐券的发放和回收。
8.    Assist the Income Auditor in conducting the monthly hotel cash count.
协助审计主管每月进行酒店备用金盘点。
9.    Liaise with other departments for any discrepancies.
就差异问题与其它部门合作。
10.    Complete daily work in accordance to the hotel’s internal control, meanwhile, support hotel’s operation departments in every possible way. 
完成酒店内部控制的日常工作,同时尽可能的支持酒店运作部门的运作。
11.    Always be willing to participant in cross training from difference functions and be able to work as ‘multi-task’ in department.
积极参与不同工作内容的交叉培训,有能力完成多种工作任务,在部门内成为一名多面手。
 

Qualifications

Education 教育学历
College Degree. Major in Finance 
大专以上学历,主修财务专业

Experience 工作经历
Preferable but not essential

Computer Skills 电脑技能
Knowledge of MS office software
