Join us as a Copywriter in our Melbourne office, where we have big ambitions for the future of DC. We are focused on creating five pieces of great work that define our next chapter and are working towards becoming Agency of the Year by 2027. To do that we need people passionate to grow client partnerships, create exceptional work and make a real impact.
Core responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas by writing compelling narratives, scripts, storyboards, annotations, and treatments across a range of integrated campaigns and formats
Execute campaign concepts end-to-end in partnership with the wider DC team, ensuring output is on brief, on brand, and resonates with the intended audience
Present creative work confidently, clearly explaining ideas, rationale, and strategic thinking
Contribute to pitches and proactive opportunities, bringing fresh thinking and helping shape creative responses that solve client business challenges
A bit about you:
Copywriting experience in a creative or advertising agency, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking across campaigns and channels
Ability to craft clear, engaging and brand aligned copy, with a deep understanding of tone of voice, brand guidelines, and audience targeting
Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in explaining and selling ideas to both internal teams and clients
Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with Art Directors, designers, and broader creative teams to bring ideas to life
