Qué hace un copywriter Hogarth?

El Copywriter será el responsable de adaptar el mensaje central derivado de nuestro Master KV a diferentes formatos y plataformas, asegurando que la voz y el tono de marca sean consistentes y resuenen con las audiencias objetivo. Tener en cuenta que será para diferentes países de Centro América. 

Responsabilidades Clave:

•    Adaptar y redactar textos persuasivos y atractivos para diversas piezas de comunicación (ej. posts de redes sociales, anuncios digitales, guiones de video, banners, titulares web), basándose en el mensaje principal del Master KV.
•    Asegurar que toda la redacción cumpla con la voz, tono y estilo de marca definidos en el manual de identidad.
•    Investigar audiencias y plataformas para optimizar el copy en función de su especificidad (ej. limitación de caracteres, calls to action).
•    Colaborar estrechamente con diseñadores, motion graphic designers y editores de video para garantizar la coherencia entre el texto y el elemento visual.
•    Revisar y corregir textos, prestando especial atención a la gramática, ortografía y puntuación.
•    Proponer variaciones de copy para tests A/B si es necesario.

Requisitos Indispensables:

•    Experiencia demostrable de 3 años como Copywriter, preferiblemente en agencias o departamentos de marketing/comunicación con foco en branding.
•    Excelente dominio del español (y/o otros idiomas requeridos) con habilidades de redacción, gramática y ortografía impecables.
•    Capacidad probada para adaptar mensajes complejos a formatos concisos y atractivos.
•    Fuerte comprensión de la voz de marca y la capacidad de aplicarla consistentemente.
•    Portafolio que demuestre versatilidad y capacidad de adaptación en distintos tipos de copy.
•    Atención meticulosa al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos.
•    Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

Sería un Plus si...

•    Tienes conocimientos básicos de SEO y optimización de copy para motores de búsqueda.
•    Tienes experiencia en redacción para campañas de performance o storytelling de marca.
•    Tienes dominio del inglés u otros idiomas relevantes.
•    Has trabajado con marcas de Centro América
