About the role

To own every word that shapes how Alaan sounds, reads, and connects. They ensure that every sentence is clear, human, and distinctly “Alaanrp, memorable language across every format - from video scripts and carousels to website copy, emails, and PR stories. What you'll do

  1. Brand & Campaign Copywriting :
  • Write key messages, taglines, and copy for brand and product campaigns.
  • Create narrative frameworks and hooks that guide campaign storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for alignment and with the Content Manager for social adaptation.

Output: Compelling, story-led copy that strengthens brand identity and drives awareness.

  1. Website & Landing Page Copy :
  • Write and update website and landing-page content for features, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Translate product updates and launches into clear, customer-facing language.
  • Partner with Product Marketing for accuracy and positioning.

Output: Clear, consistent, and conversion-focused communication across web touchpoints.

  1. Paid Ad Copy :
  • Write and test ad copy variations for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Optimize headlines, CTAs, and captions for click-through and conversion
  • Maintain a repository of high-performing ad lines and frameworks.

Output: Ad copy that delivers measurable performance improvement.

  1. Long-Form & Thought Leadership :
  • Write blogs, interviews, and reports (e.g., CFO Series, partner spotlights).
  • Ghostwrite founder/leadership/team posts and articles.
  • Research topics relevant to finance, tech, and leadership to propose outreach content.

Output: High-quality long-form writing that establishes Alaan’s credibility and thought leadership.

  1. Email Newsletters & Brand Communication :
  • Write monthly or campaign-based newsletters for the finance community and customers.
  • Ensure tone consistency and engaging storytelling in every issue.

Output: Regular, high-quality newsletters that nurture community connection.

  1. Tone & Voice Governance :
  • Maintain Alaan’s brand voice guide.
  • Review major marketing materials for tone, clarity, and consistency.

Output: Unified, recognizable voice across all brand touchpoints.


What we are looking for

  • 1–5 years of experience in copywriting, prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or B2B is a plus
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, product storytelling, and digital copy
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between short-form and long-form writing styles
  • Comfortable working with product, design, and marketing stakeholders
  • Strong research and narrative skills - able to simplify complex topics into compelling stories
  • Detail-oriented editing skills with a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and consistency
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to own projects end-to-end and meet fast-moving deadlines
  • Passion for storytelling and building a differentiated, memorable brand voice
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership of your work.

Nice to Have :

  • Prior experience in B2B Saas, Fintech or B2B
  • Good understanding of UAE audience nuances and cultural context
  • Understanding of performance marketing basics (A/B testing, CTR improvements, CTA optimization)
