The Role

We are looking for a talented Ads Copywriter to join our Creative Team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for crafting compelling copy for Facebook video ad scripts. You will play a key role in shaping brand messaging, developing creative campaigns, and producing engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives results.

You’ll join a high-performing creative team that already includes two copywriters — Jacob and Michael — and you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing support VAs to bring ad campaigns to life.

Copywriting

• Write persuasive and engaging video ad scripts for Facebook ads.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
• Ensure all copy aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
• Edit and proofread copy to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  

Content Development

• Research and generate fresh ideas for innovative ads that connect with target audiences.
• Produce ad copy that stands out in competitive markets and drives conversions.
  

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with creative and marketing teams throughout the ad creation process.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
• Support the execution of campaigns aligned with client goals and KPIs.

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience in an ads copywriting role, preferably within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and ad formats.
  

Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to write creatively while meeting strategic objectives.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
