- Improving communication in emails and push with our clients
- You will create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries
- You will set tasks for designers and copywriters
- You will deep dive to the segmentation process in our team
- You will analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics
- You will do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation
- Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle
- Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters
- Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications
- Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't
- Working with drag-n-drop email builders
- Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.
- Ability to analyze work and find the best solution
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking
