This is not a role for someone who wants to just “write blogs.” You’ll be crafting persuasive content across emails, websites, ads, and campaigns, and seeing it through from idea to execution.What You’ll Do

- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for:
- Email campaigns
- Webpages and landing pages
- Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Social media captions and video scripts
- Brochures, one-pagers, and printed materials
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, and the rest of our marketing team to execute campaigns that move the needle
- Edit and repurpose content to match tone and channel
- Stay sharp on trends, SEO, and best practices in copywriting
- Are obsessed with writing that sells and connects
- Have 1-3 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in house)
- Can adapt tone and messaging to different audiences
- Love jumping between short-form and long-form writing
- Are comfortable working in a fast paced, get er done environment
- Understand how copy fits into broader marketing funnels
- Take feedback well and improve quickly
- Have experience in construction, especially a design/build company
- Know your way around Hubspot
- Have written for SEO and understand how to optimize without sounding robotic
- Full-time, or part-time options available
