The Copywriter at Temporal Technologies will play a critical role in crafting compelling and effective marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our diverse audience. This role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality content that supports various marketing initiatives and enhances our brand presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Cross-Functional Teams: Provide ad unit copy, blog posts, use case studies, and other written content to support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate on Brand Voice: Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all brand touchpoints.
• Develop Marketing Copy: Create copy for email campaigns, social media, display ads, events, videos, web content, editorial content, customer content, and sales collateral.
• Maintain Brand Guidelines: Execute and support the maintenance of Temporal’s brand voice guidelines across various channels.
• Identify and Address Messaging Gaps: Evaluate existing messaging and identify areas for improvement to strengthen our brand voice.

What You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the tech or open-source community.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with developer communities and a passion for open-source software.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $99,000 - 124,000
• This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
